Micro greens are where it's at, am I right? Spicy microgreens contain almost eight times the calcium, five times the vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K, and four times the iron as the iceberg lettuce. Microgreens are also a rich source of nutrients, vitamins E, L, lutein, and beta-carotene.

Add them to just about anything. Top it to salads, soups, appetizers. You can add them to smoothies or pizzas. They're full of everything good- load em up!
