Smoked Datil Pepper and Pineapple Sauce

Our homemade smoked datil pepper and pineapple is a sweet treat with a little heat. The datil has a super unique heat and flavor so it's a perfect pairing with the sweetness of the pineapple.

Use over cream or goat cheese, marinade chicken or pork, use as a glaze. Caution- it's addicting. 

Ingredients- sugar, pineapple, vinegar, red pepper, carrots, pectin, datil, salt
